FROM CHINA/FOOD DYE!?!?-CHECK INGREDIENTS!!! Not disclosed there’s carmine red in it. Carmine red is made from Cochineal bugs. Do your research. Many “red” dyes are made from these bugs which can cause severed gastrointestinal issues. Do your research on coloring! Natural coloring doesn’t mean it’s plant based. And WHY does a supplement need coloring at all?? It’s flipping pumpkin seed oil and saw palmetto oil!!? Why? Unfair consumer practices. It also was stated it’s from the USA- and yes, technically its “from” the USA, as it’s distributed from US Berlin Gene LTD out of Boulder Colorado -however, packaging clearly states origin country is China- THAT is one of the ways word garbage is used to get us to buy. ALSO! Be aware you canNOT return this item even if unopened! Find a better alternative.

I’m honestly not sure how to rate this. I used it for about 4 days and became Extremely constipated, which is one of the side effects. Had to stop using to get myself “normal” again. I may try again but try drinking electrolytes as well and see if that helps. I really had high hopes for this to work. I hope I didn’t waste my money.But, anyway, if you have issues with constipation like me, proceed with caution.
