Q: What is the difference between the Matrix I and Matrix II?

The Matrix II is powered with an upgraded chipset for enhanced security & connectivity. The Matrix II is now waterproof, comes with a protective hood to prevent dust & scratches and now includes an additional manual key for emergency situations.

Q: Am I able to access this lock box from anywhere in the united states?

Short answer, YES. This bundle includes the wifi hub which enables remote access via the app globally. Note: To access the lock box outside of the US, just set your region to U.S within the app and you're good to go.

Q: I am not tech savy and seem to be having difficulty setting up the lock box with the wifi hub, Lock box will not pair?

If your device does not pair with the app, First step is to push down the reset button (Refer to Page 7 in user manual), this fixes pairing issues 99% of the time. Our support team is available 24/7 via messaging to help with further questions.

Q: Does this lock box use batteries or are they rechargeable?

Our key lock box uses 4 x AAA batteries (included). Also boasts an integrated micro USB port that can be used as emergency power source if the device ever runs out of power, ensuring that you are never locked out.

Q: I intend to use this lock box for my business and will most likely need more than 2 keycards. Where can i get more?
