Excellent mouse for the price
Very nice mouse for the price. Does feel kind of cheap, but guess what, it is !You get a lot of mouse for the price, very nice wheel with very comfortable click action (resistant enough not to do it by accident, soft enough to not have you think about it) which in my experience is tricky to balance, both left and right buttons are nice and responsive, back and forward buttons inobtrusive. Start menu button is a nice touch as well.I would give it 4 stars because a) I could not figure out what the zoom button and the little toggle behind the wheel do and b) there is no software to remap the buttons. All in all though, for the price, it is an excellent mouse and I am very happy with it, hence the 5 stars.

Good, but probably best for those with larger hands.
Works flawlessly in terms of mouse movement tracking and haven't had any problem with the wireless connection. The laser tracks on most surfaces I've tried. Decent battery life. Apart from the usual left, right, and scroll wheel which doubles as a middle mouse button, the mouse has 4 additional side buttons. Two that act as page forward/backward, there's one for controlling zoom settings in a browser, and one right at the bottom that opens the Windows menu. There's also a "fast scroll" button on top which toggles the speed the scroll wheel works at.Build quality is OK - it's not as solid feeling as some more expensive mice, but it also doesn't feel like it's going to fall apart, and for the price paid I'm happy. It's mostly comfortable to use, and it's quite a large mouse. My only issue with it is that I find the side buttons are not quite optimally placed for my hands anyway. I quite often find I'm pressing the "zoom" button instead of one of the back/forward buttons. That might just be me. It's pretty good though otherwise.

A fantastic mouse
If you're buying this to replace a reasonably standard, non-specialised mouse, then I'd highly recommend it as it will undoubtedly be a huge step up from what you have for what has generally been an absurdly low cost. I've bought two of these now; one for me last year and another for my wife to use at work. The first was £18 and I felt (and still feel) like I got a bargain. The second was £9. For the same mouse. I don't even resent it. I was happy to pay the higher cost and the extra money off the second just feels like an ever bigger bargain. The mouse runs on two AA batteries. I'm using some 2500mAH rechargeables. I recharged them before putting them in last March and I haven't had to charge them since and the battery life still shows two out of three bars. I don't even turn the mouse off overnight. Obviously your mileage with battery life will depend on your batteries as much as the mouse, but I couldn't be happier in that respect. The mouse itself works really well. It's far more accurate than my previous mouse which was actually quite a nice Dell mouse. It has four shortcut buttons on the thumb side which are far more useful than you might think they'll be without actually having them. It's nice and chunky so your hand lays on top of it rather than having to contort it into some weird claw to grip the sides. Buttons have a nice click to them. The wheel has a notched scroll feel and you can turn on or off a fast-scroll mode which can be useful.

Very comfortable to hold
Very good value compared to other ergonomic mice. Very comfortable to hold and operate. A good size and fits the hand well. Seems to be less prone to allowing the cursor to vanish or move spontaneously as some mice appear to do.

Looks familiar, but it's a poor imitation.
Looks like my old MX Performance mouse, but there's quite a difference between the two. For such a similar looking shape, I've found the feel of it difficult to get used to, my fingers just don't seem to sit as comfortably, and the response of the tracking was very awkward and jerky for the first few weeks.I've found the scroll wheel to be a big problem though, the rolling detent is way too strong, it has loosened up with use, but the lack of the logitech's frictionless mode is sorely missed, and it's still all to easy to end up pressing the scroll wheel down to operate the middle button, which has sadly become my nemesis. The middle button is ridiculously and annoyingly easy to operate without intention, switching movement of the whole mouse to multi-directional scrolling, and opening any links the pointer is over in another browser tab when pressing it deliberately to switch it back. It wouldn't be so irritating if I could disable it, but there's no software to reassign or disable any of the buttons. The inability to recharge the batteries whilst in the mouse is another negative point, though the 2-3 week life is much, much better than the logitech's, which only lasted a day and a half at best.Overall, a useful back-up mouse that has good battery life, but it's far cry from the mouse it imitates thanks to it's stiff scroll wheel, over sensitivity, and inability to reassign or disable it's overly loud buttons.
